Hi we have 1 or 2 rooms available for 1 or 2 students. We are located 4 km from the city in a safe quiet suburb and there is easy public transport. Either bus, train or tram. The beach is about 15 minutes away, we have a pool and the house is air conditioned. The rooms are large enough for a queen size bed, desk, chair, lounge and they have inbuilt wardrobes. There is plenty of room for storage. I have two sons and two daughters, my youngest son lives with me now, he is 18. My eldest son has moved out and my daughters are married and no longer live at home. The house has 5 bedrooms, lounge, living, dining, very large kitchen and fast internet.
