Hello, I have a comfortable room available in my home, it’s a lovely street with nice neighbours. I live less than 5kms from Adelaide City with a shopping centre a 5 minute walk,!a bus stop less than 1 minute walk and train stop only a few minutes walk away. The room includes a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. My home has ducted heating/air conditioning and is clean, secure and comfortable. I share the home with my cats, 2 dogs and a rabbit . I have had home stay students stay with me before so am able to offer references if required. I am looking for a female student only. Weekly rate of $300 and is negotiable as is the availability date.
