Previous students ( Chinese, Japanese, South Korean, Thai, Singaporean, South African, Philippine, Malaysian, Sri Lankan, etc.), that have stayed at the accommodation have been successful with their studies which include studying for their PhDs, Dentistry, Accounting, Nursing, Marketing, Environmental Biology, English Language Courses to name a few.

- At KLEMZIG 6 kms from the city, clean and tidy private bedroom. (No pets or children in the house)
- English speaking environment in the house.
- Bedroom is fully furnished with keys.
- Rent includes electricity, water, gas and unlimited WiFi internet. There is an option for AC (air-conditioning not included in rent) which has separate meter for each room.
- House is clean, safe and quiet.
- Not a party house. 
- No male visitors permitted on the property.
- Kitchen has all the facilities for the convenience of cooking your own meals.
- Laundry has a washing machine.
- One minute walk to bus stop/ station, Bus 281, 271 and 273 go zone.
- Only 3 km from TAFE SA - Gilles Pains Campus
- Close to shopping centre.
- Option1 : Room fee is $370 per week with 2 meals per day, minimum stay 12 weeks.
- Option2 : Room fee is $225 per week without meals, minimum stay 12 weeks and longer.
