Hello, we are a family whose home is located only 5kms from the city centre. Cafes and supermarkets are all within walking distance, as is the bus and train station. I live with my 19 year old daughter who is studying at Flinders University and our 2 dogs Angus and Matilda who are very friendly and love having people around. We enjoy welcoming guests into our family whilst also giving them privacy and a warm environment to live and study in.
We have a large sized bedroom in a clean and tidy family home available to a female university aged student. The room has ducted heating and cooling, ample storage space and a comfortable large double bed with linen if required. You will need to do your own washing, keep your room clean and supply any personal items.
We live in a very nice neighbourhood in a safe and secure location.
