I am working as a part time teacher and running my private homestay. Our homestay has two storeys with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located in a great suburb. It is close to the city which takes 20-25 minutes by bus and 10 minutes by car. The bus stop is only few steps away with different routes.
Currently, we have one single room with shared bathroom and toilet available for $ 220 per week, for males tenants. This includes all bills, unlimited internet and cleaning at the common areas. The room is fully furnished with a king single bed, desk, table lamp, bookcase, and wardrobe. Our beautiful home also has lots of space indoors and outdoors.
